It gives me great pride and satisfaction to be part of an institution that was founded with a strong vision — to empower women through quality education. At Rishi MS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, our mission goes beyond academics; we are committed to shaping young women into confident, capable professionals who can contribute meaningfully to society.

With over 35 years of administrative experience in the field of education, my journey began with managing two schools at the BHEL campus for over a decade. Since then, I have had the privilege of playing a key role in establishing and running degree, postgraduate, and technical institutions under the Rishi UBR Educational Society, in collaboration with an equally dedicated team.

Throughout this journey, I’ve always believed that education should be holistic — nurturing not only academic excellence but also values, creativity, and character. I have actively contributed to several educational and cultural platforms including:

• Member of SAPNET (Society for Andhra Pradesh Network) and STSNET, contributing to educational and cultural programming for MANA-TV
• Former Member of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s School Committee, Jubilee Hills for over 10 years
• Member of Jiddu Krishnamurti’s Centre and Vice President of Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, Banjara Hills
• Supporter and contributor to orphanages and welfare initiatives in Hyderabad
• Worked as a freelance photographer for Swatanthra Times, an English intellectual monthly journal

These experiences have strengthened my belief that education is not just about acquiring knowledge, but about building individuals who are ethical, independent, and innovative. Our students are encouraged to think critically, communicate effectively, and lead responsibly.

I am humbled and honored to have received several recognitions over the years, including:

• Vikas Ratan Gold Medal Award by the International Integration and Growth Society, New Delhi
• Bharatiya Naari Award for exemplary service to society (2021–22)
• Recognition as one of India’s 20 Pragmatic Women Leaders in the Education Industry by Academic Insights
• Lifetime Achievement Award in Education by Bharat Excellence Awards (2022)

I believe our greatest responsibility as educators is to provide not just degrees but direction. At RITW, we strive to create an environment where every student is motivated to dream big, learn with purpose, and grow with integrity.
