Objectives & Functions

• To provide a transparent, accessible, and impartial platform for students and staff to raise grievances related to academic, administrative, or welfare matters.
• To receive, acknowledge, and address all grievances in a timely manner, ensuring fair investigation and resolution in accordance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
• To maintain confidentiality and protect the rights of complainants throughout the grievance redressal process, fostering trust and openness.
• To identify systemic issues from recurring grievances and recommend corrective measures to the administration for continuous improvement.
• To maintain comprehensive records of all grievances, resolutions, and follow-up actions for institutional audits, NAAC accreditation, and quality assurance purposes.
