Objectives & Functions

• To ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement in all aspects of institutional functioning, including academics, administration, infrastructure, and student support services.
• To develop and implement quality benchmarks, standards, and best practices aligned with NAAC criteria and NBA accreditation requirements.
• To collect, analyze, and act upon feedback from students, faculty, parents, alumni, and employers to enhance the quality of education and institutional processes.
• To promote a culture of excellence through quality circles, workshops, seminars, and faculty development programmes focused on outcome-based education and innovative teaching-learning practices.
• To prepare and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC, maintaining comprehensive documentation of quality initiatives, achievements, and institutional data.
• To coordinate institutional accreditation processes, self-assessment studies, and compliance with regulatory and quality assurance frameworks.
