• To assess the quality and appropriateness of the teaching-learning process, both theoretical and practical, and to recommend necessary adjustments to enhance academic delivery and student outcomes.
• To monitor the timeliness and effectiveness of syllabus completion across all courses and semesters, ensuring compliance with the academic calendar and regulatory requirements.
• To facilitate access to teaching materials and learning resources, promoting ease of content delivery through digital platforms, e-learning modules, and library infrastructure.
• To initiate and approve academic reforms that align with evolving industry demands, technological advancements, and accreditation standards, maintaining the relevance and competitiveness of academic programmes.
• To plan and organise faculty development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and certification programmes, to continuously enhance pedagogical skills and subject expertise.
