• To plan, organise, and execute festive celebrations on campus, including national, cultural, and religious festivals, fostering unity, inclusiveness, and cultural diversity.
• To coordinate logistics, budgets, and resources for festive events, ensuring smooth execution and active student participation across all departments.
• To document festivity events through photography, videography, and written reports, contributing to institutional archives and promotional materials.
• To collaborate with student clubs, cultural committees, and external partners to enhance the quality and scale of festive celebrations.
• To maintain records of all festivity activities for accreditation purposes, including participant lists, expenditure details, and post-event feedback.
