Objectives & Functions

• To provide comprehensive photographic and videographic documentation of all institutional events, academic activities, cultural programmes, and special occasions.
• To build and maintain a visual archive of institutional activities for use in official communications, promotional materials, accreditation documentation, and media outreach.
• To support the Public Relations Committee, Cultural Committee, and other institutional bodies by supplying high-quality visual content for press releases, social media, and the college website.
• To train and mentor interested students in photography, videography, and visual storytelling, fostering creativity and technical skills.
• To ensure timely delivery of photographs and videos for events, ensuring proper cataloging and storage for future reference and institutional use.
