Admission Procedure – B.Tech

| 3 | Local Candidates | 85% of total | Studied in JNTU-H area for 4 consecutive years preceding qualifying exam |
| 4 | Non-Local Candidates | 15% of total | Candidates from outside the JNTU-H jurisdiction |
Management Quota Seats
- Admission notification published in major state dailies.
- Application forms issued and registrations accepted.
- Candidates admitted on the basis of merit in qualifying examinations.
Lateral Entry Admissions
- Diploma holders who qualify TS ECET are admitted directly into B.Tech 2nd year.
- 10% of total intake is reserved for lateral entry.
- 100% lateral entry seats filled by the Convener based on ECET rank.
