Basic Eligibility – B.Tech (Regular Entry)
- Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate / Class XII) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as core subjects.
- Minimum aggregate of 45% marks in PCM (40% for SC/ST candidates).
- Must have qualified TS EAMCET 2026 conducted by TSCHE.
- Candidates must be women (RITW is an exclusively women's engineering college).
- Age: Minimum 17 years as on 31st December 2026.

Lateral Entry (2nd Year Direct)
- Diploma holders in relevant engineering branch.
- Must qualify TS ECET conducted by TSCHE.
- 10% of total intake reserved for lateral entry.
- 100% seats filled by Convener based on ECET rank.
